Maternal/Paternal Home Visitation

AVPH offers two free, voluntary home visitation programs, Welcome Baby and Healthy Families America® (HFA), both designed to support pregnant individuals and new parents in the Antelope Valley. These programs provide personalized in-home support, connecting families with a dedicated coach or specialist who offers guidance on prenatal care, childbirth, newborn care, and early child development. The goal of both initiatives is to promote healthy birth outcomes, foster nurturing and safe home environments, and connect families to essential community resources, ensuring long-term support during the crucial early stages of parenting.
