Individual and Family Support

Our Community and Family Resource Center (CFRC) acts as a central support hub, helping Antelope Valley families and individuals find and access vital community services. We provide a wide range of support services to strengthen families and promote well-being. These include assessments to identify specific needs, providing linkages to resources, and light case management. Resources include parenting education, child development, referrals to community services, and assistance with food, clothing, housing, employment, accessing healthcare, and crisis intervention. We strive to empower these families to become resilient and successful, fostering a healthier and stronger community.
