Antelope Valley welcomes Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library
A program inspired by Dolly Parton’s vision to spark a lifelong love of reading in children everywhere. Thanks to her commitment to early childhood literacy, children from birth to age five receive free, age-appropriate books each month, helping to build strong foundations for learning and imagination.
One-Time Donations & Monthly Givings
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has inspired children around the world, gifting more than 224 million books and helping build a strong foundation for early literacy. With the passing of Senate Bill 1183 and the support of California leaders, this impactful program is now able to reach communities across the state—including here in the Antelope Valley.
We’re excited to bring this opportunity to our Antelope Valley community, but it’s your continued support that keeps it going. Every contribution helps ensure children can keep receiving books every month until they graduate at the age of 5.
With the current state match, your support could go even further.
A gift of $310 provides a FULL YEAR of books for 20 children!
Give online or by check. Every gift, big or small, helps place a book in a child’s hands and make a lasting difference.
Individuals can give online using the DONATE button or give by check by using the mailing address below.
